Today we had blue skys, sunshine 60+F temps and NO WIND. Or at least none at ground level. Once I got to two hundred feet, the wind was o.k., but iffy. At 400ft. it cleaned up and was nice. At 700ft. there was beautiful 10-12 mph wind that I could have flown in all day. Makes me wish for more line. I will have to buy 1000m of 60kg. kevlar... anyone know of a good source? carl ___________________________________________________ email: crowell@kite.com FTP: ftp.teleport.com/pub/users/crowell WWW: http://www.teleport.com/~crowell Kites By Carl Crowell - O.S.F.M. (sorry, lost the thread) The rain tends to catch on your chin and drip down your collar. A blue sky and warm temperatures are unprecedented wonderments during winter here in the nortwest of america.
