The Kite Fly-in will be on the Huffman Prairie where Wilbur Wilbur and Orville Wright learned to control their aircraft. It is free and open to the public. It is in celebration of National Historic Pre4servation Week and National Park Week. The event is being sponsored by the Office of Environmental Management and the National Park Service. Huffman Prairie is located at the end of several runways on Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton Ohio.
