I thought I'd test on this note: I helped construct a parabear assembly using old R/C car parts(emphisis on the CAR! - Don't use aircraft frequencies!) Not a **lot** of additional weight for it's slick operation... A servo simply pulled a pin allowing the bear to drop, and a static line attached to the bear's chute pack released the chute after a short free-fall. Total cost of the assembly was under 20 bucks. If you would like more details, lemmie know! Personally, I liked building the thing a lot more than operating it. I've had all the "cute" I can stand for a number of years... (PS) - Pauline...
