PCL is available via anonymous FTP from ma2s2.mathematik.uni-karlsruhe.de [129.13.115.2], directory /pub/lisp/clisp/. PCL is a freely available implementation of a large subset of CLOS, the Common Lisp Object System, done at Xerox Corporation. Development of PCL by Xerox ended early in 1990. Since then, several people have done additional development of PCL. PCL is available via anonymous FTP from ftp.parc.xerox.com [13.1.64.94], in the directory /pub/pcl. Many older versions of PCL are in the directory /pub/pcl/old. A version of PCL suitable for CLISP is available from ma2s2.mathematik.uni-karlsruhe.de [129.13.115.2], directory /pub/lisp/clisp/packages/, in the file pcl.sept92f.clisp.tar.z. A version of PCL suitable for GCL (see the file gcl.README) and CMUCL is available from math.utexas.edu [128.83.133.215], directory /pub/gcl, in the file pcl-gcl-1.1.tgz.
