If we can't move the line from Greece to Paris as soon as necessary , we must assume that Renater is a transparent network . This is not guaranted by actual rules . We propose (with agreement of Greece) to remove the RBS mode from Greece , order a line end in Paris , connect Greece to Paris end set the RBS mode This permits to cancel Montpellier-Geneve line ASAP .
