Brightness: 3 Alt: Description: A bright galaxy, but sf. brightness low due to the size. Elliptical ESE-WNW. No clear borders - the halo slowly disapperas to the background making any size estimates very uncertain (about 9'x6'). A clearly brighter small core but no stellar nucl. Core size about 40''. A very rich field with at least 5 stars visible between us and the galaxy.
