Abortion Advocates are presently trying to pass Roe vs. Wade into law:

> Please write to your Representatives in the House asking them to
reject the > "Freedom of Choice Act", H.R. 25.  This bill will make
the legal principles > in Roe vs. Wade into federal law, so if the
decision were to be overturned, > abortion would still be legal, *and
colud not be outlawed*.

Arizona Gubernatorial Race:

> Right now we're facing a runnoff governor's election Feb. 26th
between > 2 pro-abortion canditates.  The write-in candidate
(pro-life) who > tipped the scales enough to force the runnoff in the
first place is > still battling in the courts for his right to be a
write-in candidate > again.  The two major candidates are Terry
Goddard (D), who favors > abortion on the demand for any reason
through all 9 months, and Fife > Symington (R), father of 5, who
favors abortion on demand for any > reason in the first trimester,
after which time he makes no statement.  > Max Hawkins was/is the
pro-life write-in candidate who deprived both > Goddard and Symington
of either of them getting the 50% majority > needed to stave off the
runnoff.

International Life Services, Inc. of 2606 1/2 W. 8th St., LosAngeles
CA 90057 are currently offering a comprehensive directory of Pro-Life
recources.  Its listings include 4,500 prolife service centers and
action groups operating in the US, Profiles on such issues as
Bioethics, Post Abortion Syndrome, Chastity Education, etc..  Also
included is a Recources list of prolife publishers, filmakers,
distributors, and business recources.

They are asking $15 + $3.50 S&H per copy.

Also, I read an article stating that the ACLU is filing a suit against
several Chastity Education groups for using having religious
references in some of their literature.  These groups receive funds
from the government to perform this service.  The suit is based on the
Seperation of Church and State clause in the Constitution.

If anyone has any more information, or things that they would be of
interest, please send them my way.  We currently have ~20 members
worldwide, although most are in the Pittsburgh area.  New members are
always welcome!
