Thomas Disch was a regular voice in the British "New Wave" of the 1960's. His short stories of the period reflect the strengths and weaknesses of that movement. I've read one of his novels, "Camp Concentration", which is a strong examination of experimentally (and leathally) raising the intelligence of political prisoners. [C] == Short Story Collection.
